Cathedral of Christ the Saviour
Demolished in 1931 under the soviet state atheism campaign and rebuilt in 2000, the cathedral of the Christ the Savior is currently the tallest orthodox church in the world with more than 100 meters of height. During its demolition in 19th century they removed more than 20 tons of gold from the cathedral's domes
