For many, the erotic appearance of the statue doesn't look appropriate to a Christian Saint. Others support that it is very likely the sculptor was aiming to show the attractiveness of wisdom (sophia in Greek) and that would justify the erotic appearance. What do you think?

Technopolis


In 1988 Kostas Barotsos builds this sculpture of 8 meters height using only glass, iron and silicone glue. It depicts a runner as if it was sketched in paper with a pencil.
